Account and access
How can I register an account?
To open an account, click on "Register" and complete the registration form with your personal data. After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation that will redirect you to your account.
How do I log in to my account?
Just click on "Login" on the top right corner of the page, put your username and your password and click "Login".
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click "Login" on the top right corner of the page, then on "Forgot your password?". To reset your password, complete the following steps:
- Type your username
- Press the button "Send Link", you will then receive the instructions to reset your password, in the email address linked to your Bettilt account.
Do I need to submit documents to validate my account?
Typically, this process is only performed when you request your first withdrawal. You must prove your identity, address and credit card if you make transactions with it.
You can validate your account by uploading your documents through the option "KYC Verification" on your account.
I want to update my data. How can I do it?
You can only see your profile without make any changes in your account. Contact our support through our email address support@bettilt.com if you want to change something.
Deposits and withdrawals
How can I make a deposit?
To make deposits simply press the button "Deposit" on the top right corner of the page and then select the desired method and fill in the application form.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum varies between 5€ and 50€. You can see the minimum deposit for each method by accessing the button "Deposit" on the top right corner of the page and then selecting the desired method.
How do I request a withdrawal? How long does it takes for it to be processed?
In order to make withdrawals simply go to:
Top right corner menu → Withdrawal → Select the desired method and fill in the application form.
The withdrawals take up to 24 hours to be processed (you will receive an email as soon as your withdrawal request is processed). After being processed, withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 working days to be available in your account.
Betting
How can I place a bet?
Check the offers available on our website: click on "Sports" or "In Play" available on the top menu of our page (here you can check all bets available for each sport / tournament / event). Once you find the event on which to place your bet, click on the odds (price) of the target market, put the amount you want to bet on the "Betslip" (on the right side of the page) and click "Place Bet".
What is the value of the minimum bet?
The minimum value is 1€ or the equivalent in your account currency.
Can I place single bets, multiple bets or system bets?
Yes, you can place bets with only a selection or multiple selections / system up to 20 options.
Can I cancel my bet?
After placing a bet, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Balance, history and bonus
Where can I check my account balance?
You can check your overall balance in the upper right corner of our website. To check your balance portfolio access your profile in the top right corner and click on one of the options, you will be able to see the information on the left side of the page:
- "Total Balance" – it is your total balance
- "Withdraw Balance" – balance you can withdraw
- "Bonus Balance" – balance of the bonus and resulting of winnings made after a bonus was credited into your account, which is subject to be wagered until the fulfillment of their wagering requirements for that bonus. Once you fulfill your wagering requirements, this balance will be released to "Withdraw Balance".
Where can I check the history of my account?
To check your bets go to "My bets" on the top left corner or through the menu on the top right corner → "Sports Betting History".
You can access this options via PC and mobile device.
How can I claim my bonus?
